Buying presents is a hard task! I’ve gotten my share of crap gifts and given many too (some of which were those crap gifts re-gifted!). As the holidays are here, let’s help each other out by pointing out these terrible gifts so others don’t make the same mistake. Please share your stories.

Someone gave me a lump of coal for xmas. I proceed to light the coal on fire and threw it back in this persons face. BTW what the hell is up with midgets, dwarves and gnomes? Seems like they get really angry during the holidays…

Subscription to 2 yrs of National Geographic - I like those sharp vibrant pictures but come on I can’t even stick those pull out poster on my wall - pictures of a hippo giving birth or some insects eating each other

A guitar and a Ken doll - after 8 years of forced piano the guitar was an interesting choice, and I’m not sure what my parents were telling me by giving me a Ken doll (I’m a dude)

i was a big cheapo one year and gave out burned CDs as presents. I further increased the value of the present by throwing in some “bonus tracks”.
